with a 30minute part3 phase2 meet cross and clearance and once Carol settled down it went very well she very quickley got the hang of keeping me under control, Carols part 2 drive also went very well month,Barry with the help of Tim placed a order for his Vauxhall Corsa today with GO-Instruct sent off for his pink licence and will be out teaching students on the 14th,Barry has worked hard over the last month letting his family and friends know that he will be ready to give lessons on the 14th and has got himself enough work to see him through the xmas holidays and into the new year, well done and they have been the best 3months of 27 years of working in the driving instructor industry,Tim is not only my boss but we have become best of friends, I have got to meet most of the instructors just today i had a drink with Linda and she seems to be a good laugh,Tim is trying to get us all to meet and have one of them xmas partys so we will all get to know each other better Linda is looking forward to seeing Tim after he has downed a few beers not a pretty sight lol,sorry the car change has gone a bit out of sync this is down to the car companys not been able to supply any cars until the end of jan 2010 but we will explain how it works when we get together over xmas,Tim said if anyone is going to splash out on him at xmas he would like a new satnav has he leaft his on the train on the way back from bristol last night,Tim is not going to bristol anymore because every time he goes there he has some kind of castrophey lol looking forward to meeting you all over xmas no excuses that demeostrations (i think i spelt that wrong) well the second hour was like sitting next 2 a different Carol m/way was great left and right hand reverse great controled stop on the second attempt great, it turned out to be a great lesson,Carol seems to know loads of people every time we passed someone she was blowing them kisses lol great woman and i am sure she will make a great instructor.\n          <p class=\"rssincl-itemdesc\">\n                            \n    <p>\nSherdian had her first lesson with me today, we had a recap on her past driving experiance and she informed me she has taken&nbsp;2 tests in St Albans and did not want her next test in St Albans because she does not like moving off on hills,I was a bit taken back by this because she has had over 40 hours of tution which I felt this problem should have been well sorted within the period and the amount of lessons she had, so I asked her to let me take her to St Albans and see if we could crack this clutch control problem,within one hour of moving off on every hill we came across in St Albans including Hollwell hill we had it cracked I got her to move off on hollwell hill by just using the biting point no gas and once Sherdian realized that once the clutch is on bitting point a thickness of a pound coin higher and the car can only go forward even without gas, her words to me were why did no one explaine that to me before it just made so much sence, so the next lesson next week will be building on that clutch control so Sherdian is in control of the car and not the other way around so Hollwell hill her instructor was treating her like a new starter telling her to change gear just before she was just about to do it telling her when to brake ect ect in other words treating her like what we call a stage1 student,well we had a great 2 hour lesson today and when we came to do the reverse park she said she was always confused by the instruction she has had from other instructors like at this point turn the steering wheel 1 turn to the left and at the next point turn the wheel i wount bore you with the rest, I told Lizzy that if she keeps the car under control (walking pace)&nbsp;did all round observation I would like her to try the rev/park on her own, perfect first time,I asked her after how she judged where the car was during the m/over she said by doing it at walking pace she was able to have the time to use every piece of glass in the car and just turned the wheel when needed and her words were its not rocket science moral of the story is every student is different, well done Bradleys, We are pleased to say we have got a great deal with our car person Tina,over the next month all the cars will be replaced with new cars ranging from clios,fiestas,citroen and focus, the lease deal will cover everything from servicing to AA or RAC roadside help and even covers insurance,Tim wanted to give each instructor the chance to chose the car of there choice and that is what our car person will offer for a set weekley fee, if you want a higher spec car no problem on average its a extra &pound;10 a week its a 12month lease so a new car every 12months its a great deal that we great something wrong with his back (he blames his wife say no more lol) we covered the M1 southbound that went great, then we covered A roads and all the m/overs Barry did not feel that he gave it his best but please Barry remember lessons are for learning and the points I picked up on today I am sure will be sorted out by the time we go out next week, you are a great trainee and I dont see any problems that between you and myself cant be sorted over the next couple of lessons, so you are still the teachers pet,(I will be having words with your wife about what is causing your back pain settled down and was surprised that she managed all the m/overs she said in some ways it was easy in the dark because she could see the cars coming up behind her better than in daylight I told her is me saying I some times have to wait to get a word in,today we went along the dual carriagway and when we reached 70mph she was very quiet but at the end of the lesson she said she really enjoyed it
